Asking Them to Help Promote

"Thank you again for allowing me to host my next class at [VENUE]! If your team would be willing to help promote the class, that would be extremely helpful. The more attendees we have, the more new eyes we get on your [COMPANY/PRODUCT/BRAND] and I'd love for this to be a win-win for all. Here are some options for promoting, please let me know what you'd be comfortable with. I really appreciate it!

• Post about class on your socials (graphics attached) or re-post one of my posts. I'll tag you in mine so you don't have to go digging for it.
• Post a flier in your space (flier attached)
• Include class in an email newsletter or event calendar (feel free to include the flier attached)
• Use my A-Frame sign for foot traffic inside or outside of your space. I'd love to drop this off the week-of class for more exposure. When would be best?

Thanks again for allowing me to host my class at [COMPANY]! Now that we're [A WEEK/2 DAYS] out, would you mind [sending a reminder to your team / keeping my A-Frame outside / posting about class for your followers]? So far I have [# of people] signed up and I'm doing one last push to hopefully bring in some more new faces. Thanks so much!"
